Aerobics:

Curriculum:
Aerobic dance, three weeks of line dancing, three weeks of swimming and three weeks of working in fitness room.
Outcome: Teaching students several ways to be
healthier for a lifetime. |

Personal Fitness:
Female only class |
Curriculum: To
demonstrate lifting weights with the use of gym equipment. Giving students
the skills and knowledge to be fit for a lifetime.
Outcome:
Familiarizing females with weight lifting and helping them to become more comfortable with the equipment. |

Team Sports:
Co-Ed Class

Curriculum: To offer all
students the chance to demonstrate their skills and participate in a wide
variety of sports.
Outcome:
Giving students a chance to participate and play in every team sport. |

Weight and Conditioning: Co-Ed class. |
Curriculum: To follow a
prescribed diet and exercise program. The exercises include running,
lifting and jumping.
Outcome:
Giving the students the flexibility in adjusting poundage as they progress through a workout. |
