All
A JROTC instructors are deeply involved in community relations.
They also serve as liaisons between army and civilian agencies, and
perform career and performance counceling for all A JROTC
cadets. Finally, they
help plan and support activities like military balls, (parent/cadet
banquets), inter-JROTC sports competitions, military teams and charitable
activities.
The JROTC Instructors are also responsible for
the Leadership Education portion of the A JROTC curriculm. They provide instruction in drill and ceremonies and in the
principles of leadership and management.
They may also give career and performance counseling, supervise
cadet activities and take care of the corps administrative requirement.
In short, the staff instructors have devoted themselves to the
cadets while on the job and during their off-duty hours.
Their hard work and devotion have resulted in a JROTC program,
which is highly acclaimed on the local and national levels.
